Your Ultimate Guide To Two Ingredient Smoothies

Your Guide to make a 2 ingredient Smoothie:

Ingredient 1 options:

  1. Banana
  2. Raspberry
  3. Blueberry
  4. Avocado
  5. Strawberry
  6. Acai
  7. Pineapple
  8. Mango
  9. Papaya
  10. Musk Melon
  11. Mullberries
  12. Black Raspberries
  13. Peach
  14. Pumpkin

(Always use frozen fruit to get a smoothie texture, cut the fruit and freeze it overnight)

Ingredient 2 options:

  1. Coconut Milk
  2. Almond Milk
  3. Oat Milk
  4. Regular Milk
  5. Greek Yogurt
  6. Coconut Yogurt
  7. Coconut Cream
  8. Coconut Water
  9. Kefir (Probiotic Milk/Yogurt)
  10. Soy Milk

(Flavoured milk or yogurt can be used as well!)

Sweeteners(Optional)

  1. Honey
  2. Maple
  3. Cane Sugar
  4. Regular Sugar

(Some fruits like Banana are naturally sweet so you don’t need to add sweeteners)

Process: Pick one ingredient from list 1, freeze it overnight & blend it from the second ingredient from list 2. Add a sweetner if you’d like, garnish it and enjoy!

Garnishes:

  1. Fresh fruits(Banana, Berries, Mango, etc)
  2. Nut butters(Almond, Cashew,Peanut)
  3. Nuts(Hazelnut, Macadamia, Walnut, Almond)
  4. Seeds (Flax, Chia, Pumpkin, Sunflower)
  5. Chocolate(Bittersweet, Cocoa Nibs)
  6. Coconut Flakes
  7. Desiccated Coconut
  8. Spices like cinnamon & nutmeg (goes really well with a Banana+almond milk smoothie with almond butter
  9. Matcha Powder
  10. Cocoa Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk/coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • Garnish options:
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Blueberries
  • Edible Flowers

Instructions

Blend the frozen raspberries & coconut cream together until smooth
