Sift the flour,salt,cinnamon and baking soda together in a bowl In a separate bowl mash bananas(I used a hand mixer to mash them) Add the eggs and blend well Add the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and yogurt and blend well To the wet ingredients add the dry ones(do not overmix the mixture) If the batter is too thick add 1-2 Tablespoons of milk and give it a stir Preheat the oven at 180 C Grease the loaf with butter or coconut oil and pour the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or till your toothpick comes out clean Enjoy warm with a drizzle of maple/honey or fresh berries!Whole Wheat Dark Chocolate Banana Bread
