Pistachio Dark Chocolate Granola

Serves: 1 jar Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3rd cup pistachio
  • 1/3rd cup almonds
  • 1/3rd cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4th cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4th cup coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • (To be added later)
  • 1/4th cup dark chocolate chips)

Instructions

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 Degrees C

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the oats are golden brown (you need to keep mixing the mixture after every 5-7 minutes to help the mixture to be evenly roasted) (After every 5-7 minutes remove the mixture from the oven, mix it well and put it back, do this until the mixture is evenly golden brown)

Wait for the mixture to cool, mix in the dark chocolate, break it apart and enjoy!
