Mango Piña Smoothie

Serves: 1 big bowl Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 frozen alphonso mangoes
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

Freeze the mangoes and pineapple overnight

Add the frozen fruit, banana, milk, coconut water

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth

Top it up with your favourite fruits and granola (I used blueberries, mangoes, coconut flakes and chocolate+pecan granola)
