Homemade Fruit Jam

Ingredients

• Mango & Orange Jam:
• 1 cup mango puree (pureed alphonso mango)
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4th cup sugar
• 1 TBsp lemon juice
• Zest of 1 orange
• Strawberry & Apple Jam:
• 1 cup chopped strawberry
• 1/2 an apple chopped
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 TBsp lemon juice
