Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes Toast the hazelnuts in a pan, till golden brown Pulse the nuts with the dates and cocoa powder in a blender. I used my Hamilton Beach India Juicer, Mixer, Grinder. This grinder has a specific pulse option which I used to get a coarse texture for the tart Add the mixture to a greased 8 inch tart tin and press it down equally For the filling, whisk in some vanilla and maple syrup to the greek yogurt(I used a good quality thick epigamia greek yogurt) Add the filling to the tart and refrigerate for an hour Top up with your favourite fruit and serve cold!Healthy No-Bake Yogurt Fruit Tart
