Creamy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

• For the sauce:
• 2 TBsps Butter
• 2 TBsps Flour
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/4th of a medium onion
• Salt
• Pepper
• For the pasta:
• 50 grams pasta of your choice (I used linguine)
• 1 litre water
• 3 TBsps salt
• Additional ingredients: (optional)
• Veggies! (pre-sauteed)(I used corn, bell pepper & cherry tomatoes)
• Cashew paste
• Cheese/Nutritional Yeast
• Spices like turmeric
• Saffron!
