Rough chop the shallot/onion, green chilli and the herbs (coriander, mint, parsley) In a food processor pulse all the ingredients except the flour and baking powder Scrape down the bowl in every few pulses Once the chickpeas have broken down into a mash and the mixture looks homogenous. transfer the mixture to a bowl Sprinkle the flour and baking powder and mix it in the mash till well incorporated Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes so the flour can hydrate Preheat the oven at 400 F/ 200 C Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into golf ball sized rounds and place on a line baking sheet Bake for 25-30 minutes until the kebabs start to brown Take them out of the oven and brush some melted butter or ghee on them Enjoy warm!
