Butter Garlic White Wine Linguine

Ingredients

  • 10 gms Linguine
  • 1 TBs Olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)
  • 2 TBs butter
  • 1 TBs lemon or ½ TBs lime juice
  • ½ cup white wine (I used Grover Zampa’s Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

Boil the pasta in a pot of boiling water

Add salt to the boiling water right before adding the pasta

Heat up a separate pan and add the olive oil

Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and add it to the oil

Once the garlic is golden brown pour in your wine and lemon/lime juice

Add 2 TBs butter and wait till it melts

Strain your pasta & toss it in the sauce along with the freshly chopped up parsley
